Orders will be created at weekends but will not be shipped until the Monday following the order

Postal Times:

 

Royal Mail 

1st Class Small Parcel - 1-2 working days

 

2nd Class Small Parcel - 2-3 working days

 

Dandelion & Wishes is a small solo-run business and orders are hand built and packed. Please allow time for your order to be dispatched and whilst the above time frames are most likely, some situations may arise where your order may take longer.

If you are purchasing for a particular date, for example, as a gift, please contact hello@dandelionandwishes.com prior to ordering to confirm if that date is attainable. 

Most orders will be received within 7 days of purchase to include dispatch and postal time frame. 

 

 Returns Policy 

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact hello@dandelionandwishes.com to discuss your reason. We are happy to exchange or refund if products remain unused, unopened and returned in full packaging.

Dandelion & Wishes will not be responsible for the cost of returns and encourage a tracked or signed for parcel. 

Orders Not Received 

All orders are processed and dispatched through Royal Mail. We offer tracked postage at checkout. 

If your order does not arrive within 5-7 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact hello@dandelionandwishes.com to raise the issue.

Orders Damaged 

Great care and attention is taken with every single order. We had pack ensuring great diligence. Accidents are possible on the shipment path. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or broken order, please take the following steps: 

- Contact hello@dandelionandwishes.com to raise the issue.
- Where possible, photographs of damaged products will be required. 
- Please take great care when handling damaged goods, in the unlikely event of broken porcelain and leaking essential oils, ensure that these are not handled by hand.

 

We will take all steps to resolve any issues you may have with your order or our products and endeavour to come to a solution.
